When ordering by phone, please provide us with the following information:
- Card No.
- Country you wish to order the vouchers for
- Store’s name
- Value and quantity of vouchers
- Recipient’s name, mailing address and phone number
- Message you wish to be delivered with the vouchers

Delivery charges are included in the prices.

Recharges made with credit cards cannot be used to order shopping vouchers.

Orders will only be possible from registered cards with sufficient credit.

Stores are not responsible for any inquiries, financial liabilities or any other matter related to Brastel and/or its services.

The shopping vouchers can be sent to any place in the selected country. However, depending on the courier’s network some remote destinations may not be reachable.

Messages can be typed in alphanumeric characters, Japanese and Thai characters.

Orders will be processed by the next working day from the requested date and delivered to the recipient within 1 to 7 days.

Purchased shopping vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Brastel will not be held responsible for mistakes in the destination address provided by the customer. If the voucher(s) could not be delivered due to a mistake in the address or due to the limitation of the courier’s network, 90% of the total amount paid will be returned to the sender’s card (10% will be deducted as service charge).
